I had a long chat with a friend I've known from online for years, but have never met. He reminded me about some things about lawyers, and suggested I use my writing skills and seek out some good contacts to publicize their names, knowing how they hate publicity. I need to take my story to some media contacts, and possibly politicians, to make them SEE how desperate my situation is.
I am considering all this. He is right, of course. Time to take some action on MY behalf.
